Online art will never replace the real thing. What is good about the Rijks is that they invested a lot in the technology so the VR tour looks great and, with an online visit, you wont have to crane your neck above a hoard of tourists. You will also have exclusive access to Rembrandt’s The Jewish Bride, Vermeer’s The Milkmaid. A treat for sure.
